What we Love and What You Should Know

The preservation of the radium in this example is one of the most impressive aspects of the overall condition of this watch. Almost every single numeral is still filled with radium, as is the handset, and they glow under UV light, which is correct for the age of the lume. The gold scale and registers are in excellent condition and show no sign of oxidation, and the engravings to the caseback are still deep and show very little signs of polish. The case itself remains very sharp, especially the lugs. This is a great vintage chronograph that looks even better on the wrist.
