1960s Pierre Vallee Chronomaster Aviator Sea-Diver

1960s Pierre Vallee Chronomaster Aviator Sea-Diver

Why This Watch Matters

This Pierre Vallee Chronomaster has everything you want in a steel chronograph – sturdy steel case, clean dial layout, and sporty color accents.

The Full Story

Pierre Vallee is not a maker you often hear about, but their watches were actually produced under the Swiss Croton Watch Co. Powered by the Valjoux 7733 movement, this example was made in the late-1960s and features a cool black dial with a bi-register layout matching the inner Tachymeter rehaut. One particularly neat characteristic is the blue and red 10-minute marker on the 30-minute register. The black bi-directional bezel completes the sporty look. This is a very cool chrono.
